Steve spent a decade working in Asia, including 6 years as a Director for the Executive Search arm of $10B Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Steve currently splits time between California and Japan.
Yasuyo was previously with leading Japanese law firm NO&T, serving as HR Manager as the firm’s headcount quadrupled. Yasuyo received her Bachelor’s degree from Tsuda College and a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Birmingham. She currently resides in Seattle.
Rei is an experienced sales and marketing executive in both tech and HR industries for more than two decades. In Japan, Rei worked for Google, LinkedIn (1st local hire), and SoftBank, and one of the largest Japanese staffing agencies, Pasona in the US. Rei leads sales and marketing at KAIZEN RECRUIT to help companies speed up and scale their recruiting processes. Rei holds an MBA from McGill University in Canada.
