Steve spent a decade working in Asia, including 6 years as a Director for the Executive Search arm of $10B Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Steve currently splits time between California and Japan.

Juho has 20 years of Sr. Engineering experience covering the entire technology stack and most recently served as CTO for a New York City-based HR technology start-up. A native of Finland, Juho currently resides in The Netherlands.

Yasuyo Hirai

Operations & Research Manager

Yasuyo was previously with leading Japanese law firm NO&T, serving as HR Manager as the firm’s headcount quadrupled. Yasuyo received her Bachelor’s degree from Tsuda College and a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Birmingham. She currently resides in Seattle.
